Domestic and International Shipping

Orders are shipped through registered domestic and International courier companies. Satmya uses DHL for International shipping. Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours, subject to Courier Company norms and usually takes between 2 to 7 days for delivery from time of placing the order for domestic and 7-15 days for International. Satmya is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (unless specified at the time of order)

Satmya is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

For your security Satmya is unable to offer a Cash On Delivery (COD) service for orders, but we offer multiple convenient and secure payment options via the Razorpay Payment Gateway.

Limited Liability: In case the product is unavailable or out of stock; or the delivery address is outside standard deliverable areas or in case of unforeseen or contingent circumstances beyond our control where your order cannot be processed, we will offer you a full refund for your purchase.

Is it safe to use my Debit / Credit card on the Sātmya Website?

Satmya uses the Razorpay Payment Gateway for fast, easy and secure payments. Your online transaction on Satmya is secured with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. 

We accept Online payment using credit card, debit card, UPI or netbanking. We also accept COD within India. In case you have chosen COD as your mode of payment, Satmya reserves the right to review the order and might require you to chose a different mode of payment before processing your order.

All the prices shown on the Satmya online store are in Indian Rupees, with an option to change the displayed currency. Razorpay will accept payment in Indian Rupees and will automatically link to your credit card service provider and make the charge accordingly. This transaction may include some additional charges to convert from your currency. All major credit cards are accepted
